Remedial massage is more commonly used to treat non-specific injuries such as muscle tightness or soreness, to provide
people with some form of relief, whereas Myotherapy identifies the underlying cause of the injury to aid in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
What is the meaning of Structural Integration
Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue, or fascia, of the body. Structural Integration works to lengthen, stretch, and soften this tissue to restore postural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of being more at home in your own body.

Greg is absolutely fantastic. I'm a local, and have had a hard time finding a good deep tissue massage, but he exceeded my expectations. This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. His expertise in restorative and deep tissue work is impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He’s extremely experienced, professional, and polite. I was so impressed that I booked my next appointment before leaving. Also a special mention/shout out to the front desk ladies, who were very welcoming, sweet and accommodating. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic, therapeutic deep tissue massage. My masseuse was Greg, who is a true master of his profession. He was able to isolate the problem areas and felt amazing without muscle soreness afterwards. Highly recommended!

I had greg today for an 80 minute massage and OMG he’s freaking amazing one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been doing it for years and years. Totally asked for greg and don’t be intimidated because he’s a guy. He’s totally appropriate and an amazing masseuse
